What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept PayPal as a method of payment.  With PayPal you can use your credit card.

Are my payments secure?  Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely!  All transaction are handled through PayPal.  PayPal is trusted world-wide so you have nothing to worry about.  We never store any credit card information on our servers.

I ordered an item and have not received a confirmation shipping e-mail, what's up?
If you do not receive a confirmation shipping e-mail within 3-5 business days then your item may be out of stock and we are doing our best to get it printed for you.  We do our best to let you know if this is the case, but there is only so much our staff of two can do when we're busy!

The item I want is out of stock, when are you getting it again?
We try our best to refresh our stock of each item weekly.  If you would like us to restock an item please contact us.

Is your website secure?
Yes.  We take privacy and security very seriously.  Our store has an industry standard 128 bit SSL encrypted checkout system to protect your private data.  This ensures that your information and your order data is hidden from prying eyes both during and after transactions.

Where do you get your clothing printed?
All of our items are screen printed from a local printing company.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment, no.  We only ship within North America.

Can I get a gift certificate for your website?
Unfortunately at the moment we cannot offer gift certificates of any kind.  We hope to have this feature in the near future.

Can I return an item?
Muzed Wear accepts returns of all products up to 30 days of purchase on unwashed, unworn items.  Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.  Shipping is nonrefundable.  All sales are final on stickers.  Please contact us if you would like to return an item.
